As we enter our favorite season of events inspired by the United Nations International Day of Peace on September 21st , we are pleased to present a special Peace Service on September 6 at 10:00 a.m. at Granite Peak Unitarian Universalist Congregation.

This service will highlight the lives and work of three inspiring peace activists: Peace Pilgrim, portrayed by Leslie Grady; George Lakey, portrayed by Patrick Grady; and Rivera Sun, portrayed by Jovita Fine. Additional members of Prescott Peacebuilders will participate as well.

Music by Meg Bohrman, Rick Shore, and Lena Hubin will enrich the presentation, and everyone will be invited to join in singing some of the songs.

Come be inspired by the words, courage, and actions of these remarkable voices for peace. We hope to see you there!
